一、隐私政策适用范围

本隐私政策适用于深圳市迪格微电子有限公司（以下简称“迪格微电子”或“我们”）开发和运营的海利体温计应用程序（以下简称为“本应用程序”）。使用本应用程序即表示您同意我们根据本隐私政策收集、使用、存储和保护您的个人信息。如果您不同意此政策，请立即停止使用此应用程序。

二、个人信息的收集与使用

（一）收集的个人信息类型及目的

• 设备信息：包括设备型号、操作系统版本、OAID/VAID/AAID（移动智能终端补充设备标识）、屏幕分辨率等，用于应用适配、功能优化及统计分析，保障服务正常运行。
• 日志信息：包括应用崩溃日志、使用记录、网络请求日志等，用于排查故障、优化产品体验，不会关联个人身份信息。
• 健康数据：您主动录入的体温数据，仅存储在本地设备，用于提供健康记录与趋势分析功能，不上传至服务器。
• 位置信息：仅在您主动开启定位权限后收集粗略位置，用于提供地区化天气适配服务，且仅本地使用，不存储、不上传。

（二）收集方式

1. 自动收集：应用运行时在必要范围内收集设备基础信息，用于功能实现；

2. 主动提交：您自愿录入的健康数据、设置信息等；

3. 授权获取：仅在您明确授权后获取位置、存储等系统权限。

三、第三方SDK集成详情

为实现核心功能，本应用集成以下第三方SDK，SDK的信息收集行为严格遵循其官方隐私政策：

四、数据存储与保护

（一）存储期限与地点

1. 设备信息与日志信息：存储至您卸载本应用为止，如需长期存储将另行获得您的授权；

2. 健康数据：仅存储在您的本地设备，无服务器存储；

3. 存储地点：所有数据均存储于中华人民共和国境内，不会传输至境外。

（二）安全保护措施

我们采用数据加密传输（HTTPS）、本地数据加密存储、访问权限控制等技术措施，防止个人信息泄露、篡改或丢失；同时建立安全管理制度，限制员工访问权限，定期开展安全审计。

五、您的权利

• 访问权：您可通过“我的-设置-隐私中心”查看已收集的个人信息；
• 更正权：如个人信息有误，可联系客服申请更正；
• 删除权：您可通过卸载应用删除本地数据，或联系客服删除服务器存储的信息；
• 撤回授权：您可通过手机系统设置关闭权限（如定位、存储），撤回后可能影响部分功能使用；
• 注销权：您可通过客服申请注销账号，注销后所有数据将被永久删除。

六、个人信息的共享与转让

1. 我们不会将您的个人信息共享、转让给任何第三方，除非获得您明确授权或法律法规强制要求；

2. 第三方SDK仅在本地调用必要信息，不会将数据传输至SDK开发者服务器（设备标识SDK除外，其传输行为遵循官方隐私政策）。

如本政策发生变更，我们将通过应用内弹窗、推送通知或官网公告方式告知您，变更后的政策自通知之日起生效。如您不同意变更，可停止使用本应用。

1. Scope of Application

This privacy policy applies to the Haili thermometer application (hereinafter referred to as "this application") developed and operated by Shenzhen Dig Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Dig Microelectronics" or "we"). By using this application, you agree to our collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information in accordance with this privacy policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please stop using this application immediately.

(1) Types and Purposes of Collected Personal Information

• Device Information: Including device model, operating system version, OAID/VAID/AAID (supplementary device identifiers for mobile intelligent terminals), screen resolution, etc., used for application adaptation, function optimization and statistical analysis to ensure the normal operation of services.
• Log Information: Including application crash logs, usage records, network request logs, etc., used for troubleshooting and optimizing product experience, without associating with personal identity information.
• Health Data: Temperature data actively entered by you, stored only on the local device for providing health records and trend analysis functions, and not uploaded to the server.
• Location Information: Only collects rough location after you actively enable location permissions, used for providing regional weather adaptation services, and only used locally without storage or upload.

(2) Collection Methods

1. Automatic Collection: Collects basic device information within the necessary scope during application operation for function implementation;

2. Active Submission: Health data, setting information, etc. voluntarily entered by you;

3. Authorized Acquisition: Only obtains system permissions such as location and storage after your explicit authorization.

3. Details of Third-Party SDK Integration

To implement core functions, this Application integrates the following third-party SDKs, and the information collection behavior of SDKs strictly complies with their official privacy policies:

This Application does not integrate other third-party SDKs. If new SDKs are added in the future, this Policy will be updated in a timely manner and you will be notified.

4. Data Storage and Protection

(1) Storage Period and Location

1. Device Information and Log Information: Stored until you uninstall this Application; long-term storage will obtain your authorization separately if needed;

2. Health Data: Only stored on your local device without server storage;

3. Storage Location: All data is stored within the territory of the People's Republic of China and will not be transmitted overseas.

(2) Security Protection Measures

We adopt technical measures such as encrypted data transmission (HTTPS), encrypted local data storage, and access control to prevent personal information leakage, tampering or loss; meanwhile, establish security management systems, restrict employee access permissions, and conduct regular security audits.

5. Your Rights

• Right to Access: You can view collected personal information through "My - Settings - Privacy Center";
• Right to Correction: If personal information is incorrect, you can contact customer service to apply for correction;
• Right to Deletion: You can delete local data by uninstalling the Application, or contact customer service to delete information stored on the server;
• Right to Withdraw Authorization: You can close permissions (such as location, storage) through mobile system settings, which may affect the use of some functions after withdrawal;
• Right to Cancellation: You can apply for account cancellation through customer service, and all data will be permanently deleted after cancellation.

6. Sharing and Transfer of Personal Information

1. We will not share or transfer your personal information to any third party unless we obtain your explicit authorization or it is required by laws and regulations;

2. Third-party SDKs only call necessary information locally and will not transmit data to the SDK developer's server (except for the device identification SDK, whose transmission behavior complies with the official privacy policy).

7. Changes to the Privacy Policy

If this Policy is changed, we will notify you through in-app pop-ups, push notifications or official website announcements, and the changed policy will take effect from the date of notification. If you disagree with the changes, you can stop using this Application.
